Williamsburg Therapy Group is a collective of mental health doctors in Brooklyn, NY and Austin, TX.They assist members of each community we serve by providing therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children. We offer specialized psychotherapies designed to address anxiety, depression, addiction, and more. Psychiatric services like medication management and psychological assessments as needed.
Problem
WTG is a high-end mental health service and the faced an issue with video conference on their website, it wasn’t functioning up to high standards of their business and was causing a decrease in clients and customer experience.
Solution
We created a mobile app that can take full care of client appointments and interactions with mental health specialists. It has a built in video call engine with capabilities that cover all the needs and make it extremely comfortable for clients. Capabilities include one on one video calls, multiparty video calls, scheduling and tracking.
